The Project Phoenix

African Kingdom Federation Project VII Phoenix - HMS Humanity Program
http://www.imperialafrica.com/id107.html

The African Kingdoms Federation launch with support from USA affiliated NGOs on October 29th 2009, the Projects HMS Humanity and the Project VII Phoenix as supporting projects towards the Federation Kingdoms Trans-African Nations Rural and Urban Regions Development Agenda. To better understand the immense scope of these projects is to reflect on the end purpose of the projects itself and the meaning for Africa.
.
What if we can define a way to realistically change the course of Africa's present status to that of a stabilised and Economically stronger Continent of Global Nations, and simultaneous affect an economical advantage and growth within participating Nations on this Project? What if we can lower the National Unemployment level visible within the Nations participating on developing Africa?
.
In the year 2006, after over 2 decades of research and tireless efforts, and planning within Africa with the Kingdoms towards the betterment of life for both the African People and the Nations outside, Her Imperial Majesty the Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III, finalised the last details of a Project idea and concept of Her Imperial Majesty to both help Africa and the Global Community as a whole, within that selfsame Project. It is called Decree 10th March, 2006.
.
In order to facilitate the bridge infra-structure to support the realisation of Decree 10th March, 2006, Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III formulated the Decree March 10th 2006, activation Project which would allow for the financing by Africa itself, the construction realisation, of the main Decree 10th march,2006 Project, this activation Project is that of Project VII Phoenix designed, prepared and presented to the Federation by Her Imperial Majesty the Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III.
.
The journey of well over 2 decades for Africa and the global community, in united Nation Building was not easy, and still not. Trial and Tribulations was part and parcel of the experience, but at all times strengthen the will of the Kingdoms Federation to push on for the betterment and financial and social empowerment of the People.
.
In 2007 the Federation held its first African Kingdoms Nations Summit in over 2 Decades, in Tripoli Libya, to open the door to the start of the unified support within the African Kingdoms Nations for the Decree 10th March 2006 Project. During 2008 - 2009 it was an uphill battle to push the African Kingdoms Project through due to many things including financing and all based and the effect of lack of adequate finance to work properly, as such. In 2009 Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III further formulated the Decree 10th 2006 Project concept to address that, and build the needed basic Operation Capital needed by the Federation to afford the successful implementation and execution of Project VII Phoenix and its primary purpose, Decree 10th March, 2006. The idea to generate the needed Operation Capital is in itself an integral part of the Decree 10th March, 2006.
.
This project triggered further discussions and deliberation between Her Imperial Majesty , the Federation USA representative H.E Ambassador Mr. Brian C. Rogers, a very close family friend of the Imperial Matriarch the Empress, and one of the first international representatives of the Federation for many years. H.E Ambassador Mr. Brian C. Rogers a USA businessman was posted as the Federation USA Mission Ambassador and Secretary-General of the Federation International Missions, the Federation Highest posting outside of Africa for non-African International Executives, working directly with the Empress and Federation heads in support of the Federation initiative for unity and Development throughout the Kingdoms Regions, and in support of National Development of the Nations as a whole, for Africa, by Africa, with the World. Born of the USA-Africa Federations interactive support and cooperation was the HMS Humanity Program and very special HMS Humanity Crew DONOR Program!.
.
In September 2009, on the Imperial Empress birthday, Her Imperial Majesty instructed that the Program and Projects must at all cost be active NOW, it is the hour of its birth, as such, on October 29th 2009, in South Carolina after travelling from Africa to address the Projects Affairs, HIM Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and Her Imperial Majesty's Ambassador H.E Brian C. Rogers, in co-ordinations with both the European representatives and South African Mission launched, the HMS Humanity Program.

H.M.S HUMANITY............. Be that Change

To create a change for Africa, we must re-create our forms of interactive support for the nations of the African continent.

Towards that change for a new course for the African Nations, under instructions and decree from the Federation Imperial Matriarch H.I.M Empress Shebah ‘Ra – Queen Shebah III, the Secretary-General of the Federation International Missions and USA Mission Ambassador H.E. Mr. Brian C. Rogers, CEO of the Royal House Foundation-USA on 29th October 2009 launched the Federation “HMS Humanity Project” in the USA.

The HMS Humanity Project is the virtual ship that is symbolically carrying the Nations from the stagnant waters of social and economic poverty to a economical course of interactive development in participation between our donors and the African Kingdoms and Nations, toward more friendly economical waters and a harbor of prosperity.

The African Kingdom Federation USA Mission launched its On-line Donors project, the HMS Humanity, on October 29th 2009 in South-Carolina, as a joint project with the Royal House Foundation – United States of America a USA Foundation, Imperial House Foundation-Africa (Anglo-phone and non-French speaking nations), Imperial House Cote d’Ivoire (Francophone Nations), and the Federation-African Kingdoms Nations as a collective.

HMS HUMANITY PROJECT

To properly describe a journey there must be a beginning and an end. But for the African people they have never seen the end. The beginning of Africa's journey to a history of being colonized and enslaved was symbolized by ships leaving the shores of Africa. Thrown into the abysmal bowels of an unknown vessel, amongst the bile and blood, moans and screams, packed in shoulder to shoulder, thinking that they were being devoured by some horrific beast, these people had no idea what horrors lay ahead, or if they would be the only ones to face this fate. . .

So we start the return to Africa, with dignity, integrity, self-esteem and prosperity to Africa’s new beginning. It can only be properly symbolized by a virtual ship of all peoples of the world, The 'HMS Humanity'. And rightfully so. To this end, The HMS Humanity Project was launched, like a ship returning to the motherland, sailing on a course of development and change for a continent of peoples that have suffered far too long. Hear the call. . . .

The HMS Humanity is seeking crew members for her maiden voyage to Africa. We desire a full complement for this historic return to Africa. If you qualify, your position has been reserved. All future crew members who want to see a change and know they had a hand in building a better Africa, sign up right now on the Contributors Page. “All Hands On Deck of HMS Humanity”

HMS Humanity Monthly Royal Memorial Ceremony

HMS Humanity Program’s unique features give USA donors the opportunity to participate directly in the African Kingdoms activities, Royal Festivals as well as the opportunity for the HMS Humanity to return the memory of loved-ones to Africa for a sacred and special Memorial Ceremony. The ceremony will be performed each month in one of the Kingdom’s regions in Africa. The HMS Humanity Monthly Royal Memorial Ceremony of the Tribes, has a great sentimental and spiritual meaning for the Kingdoms. It strikes a mutual cord of recognition in the hearts and minds of People of all Nations as well as the African and African Diaspora Nation People. It is yearning for identification, reunion, and recognition as sons and daughters of the wombs of the Tribes and Kingdoms of Africa.

The mourning of the Diaspora is equally echoed from the womb of Africa from which they were torn – a mourning for the Africa gone and an Africa that is yet suffering and impoverished today amidst a sea of wealth it cannot itself reach. For Africa to develop and move on, we must heal ourselves, so that we can see with clarity what we need to do to make the changes happen. This particular part of the HMS Humanity Program is for the African Diaspora Communities in the USA and worldwide that wish to participate in the special monthly HMS Humanity Monthly Royal Memorial Service Ceremony of the Tribes. Donors can request to have their respective ancestors and/or departed loved-ones acknowledged in the special Royal Memorial Ceremony by the Kingdoms for the Nations People

This ceremony is an authentic Royal Ceremony. It entails an African traditional Royal Durbar, which is a form of parade of Royals and Royal Court entourage of Court Elders, Royal Temple Priest and Priestesses, Throne Warriors and Warrior Chiefs, traditional drummers, and ceremonial dancers. Guests are invited to join the Kings and Queens Entourage to a specified Ceremonial Grounds or premises to a waiting gathering of people from Kingdom’s Regions, dignitaries, and other invited guests where a royal ceremony is held in accordance with the Kingdom’s thousands of years of traditions and practice in a celebration of unity, family, and life

A Delegation of African Kingdom’s Temple Priests and Priestesses will perform the traditional prayers in accordance to African Traditions of the Tribes for the departed loved-one when requested by the respective donor family. Representatives from the Royal Courts will speak on behalf of the families before the Thrones, calling out the deceased’s names, give a short history, and perform traditional services on behalf of the family, calling the departed soul home to Mother Africa.

The Royal Ceremony will be attended by the Kingdoms Tribesmen as a show of solidarity, brotherhood, and respect. It will be filmed on behalf of the family if so requested for a nominal fee. The participating family may travel to Africa if they so desire. Our program agenda protocol is to have members of the Royal lines and Nobility represent and speak on behalf of the families overseas and their ancestors in Africa.

To participate in the Royal Ceremony, we do need your support for the Development Agenda to celebrate the African ancestors and beloved ones passed, and simultaneously give life to our people by reopening the door of prosperity as a united people of many nations.

In order that someday we can celebrate another ceremony, that of the return to Africa and the African people their dignity by the eradication of poverty in Africa – not by any one or collective government, person, entity, or stroke of luck, but by the direct involvement and participation of the people of African ancestral soil actively, passionately and with a goal, to support the Federation to make the change happen. A change within Africa is a change within the vision and focus of address to all Africans. “All Hands On Deck of HMS Humanity”

Is the Imperial Empress real? Or is she a fake?

Yes. To the first question. The second is an insult to Africa. It is an insult to the African Kingdoms Nations, equally as well to refer to the Imperial Sovereign as she. We do not question the validity of any foreign non-African Royals, there history, or the validity of there ancestral root or rights to be addressed as a Royal, yet we are the first and oldest of lines of Kingdom in existence! It is a matter of courtesy, good-manners and civil respect of the Royal Houses of the globe. In particular in light of our history with that of your respective Nations, and thrones. The past is the past but by such questions you are opening dangerous old historical wounds, far from healed within Africa.
Why is it felt as acceptable to insult Africa and the Africans Kingdoms in such a manner, do we ourselves not know who we are, or our own history? Or do we need permission from the globe to be who we are, or there historians, do we not ourselves know our own history? Is it not us, our people, our ancestors, that lived through it? Is it so shocking that we of Africa, we of the Black Nations have such an extensive Royal history and critical Royal blood links, or is it that we are yet here? Is it thus not understandable that we kept our doors closed, in order to survive in Peace, had we not we would be no more to keep our history, in the past and nor of the present. Our history, our lines, our People are all people; we share a common history and future. Those that desire to write our history in accordance to there vision and concepts, it free to do so. But do not question our validity, the answer you may not be so happy about, for it will unearth a Pandora box of anger from Africa, and within the Diaspora Nations from Africa on our rights as a people, to our identity, history and integrity as a Nation, and as a People, which is best left closed.
Such a question addressed to the Empire throne is not taken lightly, in our pass such a question was a call to war, today it is no different, it is an insult to African historical and hereditary rights, and an insult to all our People within Africa and around the globe, we are not asking anyone’s acceptance, we are African, and our lines have been here since dawn. Our Imperial Sovereign is our Imperial Sovereign, our Blood, and as well recognised outside of Africa for those that holds value on global authentication of our titles, our lines are millenniums old. We trust our blood, our history, our ancestors, not paper, nor is anyone’s accreditation before our own internal accreditation. We know who we are, and who our lines are, far too many assume to know the secrets and inner working of the African Kingdoms history, yet so few have ever asked us our history, the preference has been to assume they know better and we are simply, ignorant Africans. It is an insult of the highest level, as well as in accordance to the International Set Conventions for Heads of States, which the Imperial Sovereign is. An insult to our Empire Throne is an insult to all of the Thrones the Empires and Nations. We suggest all that makes such a suggestion be ready to take on Africa, our cup is full from such insults, we are watching, we are listening, and we are not amused, do not disrespect our people. We will not accept the disrespect of any African Royals, and in particular Our Empire Imperial Sovereign.

The African Continent Royal Kingdoms Federation

The African Continent Royal Kingdoms Federation reformed in 1962, in 2000 and further expanded in September 2007 and Federation Nations, are formed by the Kingdoms of Nubia-Kush African Continent Nations Kingdoms bloodlines descendent Empires and Royal Kingdoms covering the African Continent, forming one unified African Kingdoms Federation and Kingdoms of Tribal Nations, of the African Nubian-Kushite Imperial Matriarchal Empire Kingdom of Sheba. (13 pgs excerpt from original document)
The African Kingdoms Federation Nations comprises of the over 5000 independent ruling Major and Minor Empires and Royal Kingdoms descendent Nations of the ancestral lines of Kush-Nubia Matriarchal Imperial Empire throne of the collective Sheba Imperial Empire Kingdoms. The Sheba Imperial Empire Kingdom (Sheba Kingdoms Federation) is the oldest Empire Kingdom in existence today, pre-dating all present day Empires and Royal Kingdom Nations.
The African Kingdoms Nations approximately 5000 Monarchs, collectively form the Supreme Assembly of the Kingdoms Federation (representing the respective Kingdoms and Kingdoms Tribal Nations of the African Continent). The Supreme Assembly is represented by a Supreme Assembly Cabinet comprised of Kingdoms Royal Monarchs of the Federation and the permanent Cabinet of the Kingdoms Central Government of the Federation, appointed by the Head of the Federation, the Empires Imperial Matriarch Empress Shebah `Ra – Queen Shebah III.
The Federation as such represents the collective African Continent Kingdoms Nations Global and Internal interest.
Federation Kingdom Nations Population
The respective Royal Kingdoms have an average population of between 1 million – 10 million and above people. The collective population of the Federation Nations Kingdoms comprises of approximately 750 million of the population of the African Continent’s estimated 944 million people, made up from the over 5000 Federation Kingdoms Nations over 1000 Tribal Nations and respective Tribal lines and branches.

Federation 2006/2007 Imperial Decreed
In line with the vision of the Imperial Matriarch Empress Shebah ‘Ra – Queen Shebah III to rejuvenate the collective Sheba Kingdoms, Nations and States, as a more pro-active and sovereign Federation, in accordance to the Constitution of the Imperial Matriarchs March 2006 Decreed, the re-structured Imperial Central Government of the Empire Throne and Federation 5000 plus Royal African Kingdom Nations were inaugurated.
The Imperial Matriarch with a Royal entourage of the Federation Empire Kingdoms Emperors, Kings, and Queens by formal invitation of the Libyan Leader Muammar Al Kaddafi attended the 8th Anniversary Celebrations of the African Union at the Al Mahari in Tripoli Libya and co-hosted the 1st Annual African Continent Kingdoms Nations Summit in Tripoli, Libya.
In September 2007, at the 1st Annual African Continent Kingdoms Nations Unity and Development Summit, hosted by the Libyan Government and Imperial Matriarch, and attended by over 130 African Kingdoms Monarchs and Emissaries of the Monarchs in Tripoli Libya, the African Kingdoms Nations Matriarch - H.I.M Empress Shebah ‘Ra – Queen Shebah III, the Head of the Kingdoms Nations Federation and Government, decreed with immediate effect throughout the Federation Kingdoms Nations, the restoration of the correct ancestral royal title names of the respective Emperors, Empresses, Kings and Queens of the respective Empires and Royal Kingdoms Nations, and abolishment of the reference terms of African descendent Royal bloodlines Emperors, Empresses, Kings and Queens as; Chiefs or Queen Mothers.
The Summit was also to mark significantly the revival of the Kingdoms and Nations Federations from their “semi-dormant hibernation state” of solely working within the Kingdoms and Kingdoms Tribal Nations, to an active Federation participating in African internal and global activities towards Unity and support for the Eradication of Poverty on the African Continent under the African Continent’s Kingdoms Central Government.
The revived platform and Assembly of Kings, Queens, Sultans and Royal Courts helped the forum to take critical stock of the Continental challenges of Africa. The forum noted the growing sense of urgency for the African Continent to fully take control of her destiny by forging as a united Continent of Sheba Empire Kingdoms Federation together with the African Union and in partnership with friendly Economic Development Partners and global Financial Institutions a common policy framework for addressing Africa’s challenges.
